The Art of Mindful Creation
I want to tell you about one of the most powerful cosmic laws that impacts our lives: The Law of Attraction. As soon as we understand this law and align ourselves with this mind boggling force we become powerful creators, able of creating the life we deeply desire. Everyone creates, but only a few create mindfully. Whether you like it or not, you are an amazingly powerful spiritual wizard, yet many of us are unaware.
In The ClearView Conspiracy, Stephanie says, “We’re like apprentice magicians who create monsters instead of butterflies, we create disarray instead of harmony, wars instead of peace, illness instead of health. We’re misusing our magical powers and complaining about the reality that we’ve created.”
“If we are truly powerful creators,” you may wonder, “how do we create? What is the magical formula?”
Every thought you have is the beginning of a new creation. If the thought aligns with your original intent and you give it energy, it will come into being. Our intent and our thoughts direct our creative powers, but it is not enough. We need to feed it energy. How do we do that?
In The ClearView Conspiracy, Lakshmi says, “You can feed your thoughts focus, time, joy and expectation. The more you passionately think and talk about what you want, visualize it and expect it to materialize, the more birthing power you’ll give it.”
The Seven Steps of the Art of Mindful Creation
►1. Every morning and every night—and as often as you can fit it into your day—go within and ask yourself how you can increase meaning and joy into your existence. Imagine what that could be until you get a smile on your face and can formulate a clear intent of what you want to create.►2. Focus on your creation process. Make it one of the most important things you do. Surround yourself with images of what you want to create, remind yourself throughout the day (a sticky note on your computer, a card in your purse, or an email to yourself) talk about it, dream about it, imagine that you already have acquired it—and be delighted!
►3. Give as much time as possible to your creation process. Give it quality time!►4. Have fun with it. Your thought and intention gives the creation process direction, but your emotion gives it life.
►5. Expect, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that whatever you want to create will come into being.
►6. Release. Avoid getting too wrapped up in the steps. Leave the details to the Universe. Sit back and trust.
►7. Keep the process going and start again with step 1.
Problem Shooting
Q. My life isn’t necessarily bad, but it just doesn’t go anywhere. Why?
A. For most people, mediocrity is the result of not formulating a clear intent; their lives lack direction. Like boats without rudders, they bounce in the ocean: some good days, some bad. Does that apply to you?
Q. I do the seven steps of Mindful Creation, but it still doesn’t work. What am I doing wrong?
A. You may be giving up too soon. When a farmer plants an apple seed in the ground, he doesn't get his ladder out the next day to pick apples. Instead, he nurtures the seed and enjoys the process.
Q. I am very focused on staying healthy, still I'm often sick. Why is that?
A. Your desire for a healthy body may not be matched with a congruent emotion. Maybe, Mary's story applies to you: Mary wants to be healthy, but her prevailing emotion is fear of attracting an illness. The Universe responds as it always does, it assists her in creating what she emotionally is focusing on: illness.

RECLAIMING SPIRIT 1
Dear friend, this week, I would like to invite you to combine your Goal Plans you have completed in Chapter 5 of your Spirits Onymous Handbook with "The Seven Steps of the Art of Mindful Creation." Twice a day, reflect on your goal plan and implement the Seven Steps. Make it a routine. Do this for four weeks and we would love to hear from you. I am certain that you will be amazed by what you have created.

Review your Goal Plans and check to see if you are on track. If necessary, make adjustments.
RECLAIMING SPIRIT 3
Get out a stack of magazines, a piece of paper, glue and a pair of scissors. With your Goal Plans in mind in mind, have fun creating a visual of what you want to manifest. When you are done, hang up your collage or vision board in your bedroom or other strategic place.

his course is focused on uplifting your vibrational energy and transforming your day-to-day experience into a magnificent journey. In order to do that, it is essential that you establish a deep sense of appreciation. To assist you in this process, go to Chapter 5 of your Spirits Onymous Handbook and fill out of the Gratitude List for this week.
