Relax and Focus
Before we get into anything specific, take a moment for yourSelf. Get comfortable and take a deep breath. Relax your neck and shoulders andlet go. Place your hand on your abdomen and gently bring your breath all the way down. Relax with every out breath. Gently let go, relax and release. This 9-minute audio program will assist you in deepening your breath and heightening your level of consciousness.

Take Charge: the R-factor

 

It is time to put the R-word on the table. Okay. Are you sitting comfortably? Here it comes: responsibility. Did I scare you? Take a deep breath; it’s okay. I will not lay a guilt trip on you and talk about your responsibility to work harder, be polite to your mother, put the garbage out, or give more money to the poor.


 

In The ClearView Conspiracy, Chiquita talks about the kind of responsibility that makes or breaks the quality of our lives, regulates the drama-soup around us and creates peace in the world. She says, “[…] virtually everything that ‘gives’ us a strong emotional response, such as anger, sadness or fear, has nothing to do with the outside world. These emotions indicate that parts of us are bruised, insecure and still unconscious. We are triggered and must assume complete responsibility. Blaming others for our emotional imbalance will only perpetuate the drama. Whenever we are triggered, we must stop and take responsibility.”

It’s similar to having someone accidentally bump against your bruised arm. It’s not the person who bumps into you, who caused the pain; no… it’s your bruise. And the pain is really a blessing, because it reminds you to take care of your bruise.



 

When life is getting hard and painful, it usually indicates that we are paddling upstream. Let’s not blame the river for flowing toward the ocean, it is meant to go there—and so are you.

 

Are you stressed out, angry, sad? Your actions are probably based on fear and you are paddling upstream. Turn around, take the oars out of the water and go with the flow. Trust, release your grip, and let go. Choose the path of least resistance. Follow your aspirations, do the things you love to do. It will give your life direction and purpose. There is no virtue in suffering. God wants you to follow you heart's desire, but leaves the decision in your hands. Only you can turn the boat around. It's your responsibility.

Dear friend, this week, I would like to invite you to look at your bruises: your sensitive spots. Why? Well, because it probably points to areas in which you have been paddling upstream. You may find deeply rooted fears and realize that you have been resisting and holding on. Go to Chapter 5 of your Spirits Onymous Handbook and fill out the My Bruises sheet.

 

RECLAIMING SPIRIT 2

Review your Quality of Life worksheet and select your two most important goals. Go to Chapter 5 of your Spirits Onymous Handbook and fill out two Goal Plans.

 

RECLAIMING SPIRIT 3

 

This course is focused on uplifting your vibrational energy and transforming your day-to-day experience into a magnificent journey. In order to do that, it is essential that you establish a deep sense of appreciation. To assist you in this process, go to Chapter 5 of your Spirits Onymous Handbook and fill out of the Gratitude List for this week.
