- Relax and Focus
Before we get into anything specific, take a moment for yourSelf. Get comfortable and take a deep breath. Relax your neck and shoulders and—let go. Place your hand on your abdomen and gently bring your breath all the way down. Relax with every out breath. Gently let go, relax and release. Create Physical Resilience
If you want to improve the quality of your life, further define your spiritual path, and reach for profound happiness, it is imperative to respect your body. All is Spirit, your body included.
We are graced with an awesome instrument with which we navigate through this physical realm. Stop for a moment and realize how utterly amazing your body is: how it regulates temperature, digests foods, infuses oxygen into your bloodstream, relays messages throughout your body, and communicates with you about what feels right or wrong. Your body is your temple and the seat of your Inner Guide.
We have been given the privilege of a human experience, but with this privilege came the responsibility to take care of a physical body. How do we do this?
THE FIRST STEPS TOWARD PHYSICAL RESILIENCE
First of all, we need to apply the Magical Formula, as described in Step 8, Mindful Creation. Remember, we attract what we give attention and what we are passionate about. So every day, be grateful and celebrate your health, and see yourself even healthier.
However, your behavior needs to be congruent with this vision. The Journey to Profound Happiness is directed from within. We need to follow our desire to express who we are and what we came here to do. We are whole and healthy; we are love. It is our natural state. And from this natural state, we have a strong urge to joyfully and passionately redefine and create pure Divine consciousness. This
deep yearning is a force we all carry inside. It is our Inner Guide.
Unfortunately, many people have silenced this power. This course invites you to rekindle the fire, and become sensitive, once again, to your Inner Guide, your intuition. It is a good practice to meditate, be mindful and really, really listen to your body. For instance, if you tend to overeat—just slow down and envision yourself eating your next bite. See yourself putting the food in your mouth, chewing it (calmly and gratefully), and swallowing it. Is your body welcoming the food? If so, go ahead, have the next bite. Enjoy!

This week, I would like to invite you to become mindful about what your body is telling you. Slow down—
and listen. Are you taking a deep breath every 15 minutes? When you do, go inside and ask your body what it needs. Do this for a week. You will be astounded.
RECLAIMING SPIRIT 2
Review your Goal Plans in Chapter 5 of your Spirits Onymous Handbook and check to see if you are on track. If necessary, make adjustments.
RECLAIMING SPIRIT 3
Go to Chapter 5 of your Spirits Onymous Handbook and review what you wrote on your accomplishments page and add any other successes, big and small, that come to mind. In what areas has your life become more focused, enjoyable and fulfilling?
RECLAIMING SPIRIT 4

his course is focused on uplifting your vibrational energy and transforming your day-to-day experience into a magnificent journey. In order to do that, it is essential that you establish a deep sense of appreciation. To assist you in this process, go to Chapter 6 of your Spirits Onymous Handbook and fill out of the Gratitude List for this week.
