Be a Mindful Leader
A collective consciousness is breaking through, setting into motion a chain of events that will pull humanity into an age of universal spiritual awareness, peace, self-responsibility and purpose. We are reaching critical mass!
And you are invited to fulfill a Mindful Leadership role in this process, in whatever societal function you may have: parent, teacher, tollbooth manager, therapist, mechanic or politician.
The Mindful Leader interacts with others from four core principles:
1. I am Spirit. The Mindful Leader realizes that she is Spirit, and knows that when she lives from that awareness, she will invite others to raise their level of consciousness too. The Mindful Leader leads first and foremost by example.
2. You are Spirit. The Mindful Leader recognizes greatness in others and is convinced that each human being has the capability, zeal and wisdom to create a magnificent existence.
3. All is Spirit. The Mindful Leader knows that everything on this planet is synergistically related, and that it is to everyone’s benefit that each individual finds her own voice. Therefore, the Mindful Leader allows and encourages others to fully express themselves. Mindful Leaders celebrate diversity.
4. All is Well. The Mindful Leader is aware that the reality he lives in is always supporting him and nudging him along on his spiritual path. He knows that every moment is valuable and perfect as is. He is grateful for everything that comes his way. The Mindful Leader focuses on what he wants to create, since he understands that whatever he focuses on will persist. With this in mind, the Mindful Leader actively interacts in discussions around him, and steers the focus away from gossip, self-pity, blame, and suppression. He uses Mindful Communication skills.
Like enlightenment, Mindful Leadership is reached one moment at the time. The more mindful you are, the more your leadership role will enlighten the lives of others.
You may wonder what Mindful Leaders do when they are confronted by people who self-sabotage, are ill, or just plain “negative?”
In The ClearView Conspiracy Charlie says, “We cannot engage in any process with the mindset of fixing something or someone. We’re just catalysts in the process. [...] When we meet people who are absorbed in drama, we see them for who they truly are: human expressions of Divine consciousness.”
Mindful Leaders see the brilliance and perfection in people and when they are drawn into gossip and drama, they will not join. Instead, Mindful Leaders may gently ask the people involved (including themselves) to focus on what they want to create instead.
In The ClearView Conspiracy John says, “I’ve learned that with every thought, I set into motion a chain reaction of
events that will support or obstruct the quality of my life and the lives of thousands of people around me. We owe it to ourselves, and the rest of humanity to engage fully and authentically in our lives. We’re all leaders in the history of mankind, leaders who lead by example. The more we express ourselves and follow our dreams, the more we motivate others to do the same. Let’s not play small any longer, let’s shine and let’s support others to shine as well. I am Spirit, You are Spirit, All is Spirit and All is Well.”
