When, in an inattentive moment, we slide and find ourselves responding to the drama soup around us, we become aware of that and step back. And when people we meet indulge in drama, we don't join them. Instead, we may gently ask them to refocus on what they want to create.
Mindful Leaders lead by example. The more we express ourselves fully and follow our dreams, the more we motivate others to do the same. Let’s not play small any longer, let’s shine and let’s support others to shine as well. After all, that’s what we came here to do.
