Mindfulness Bowl
As long as you keep this page open, you will hear the sound of a Tibetan bowl.
Every 15 minutes, you will be reminded to stop and refocus on the here and now.
Do whatever is on your schedule, and when the bowl rings, take a deep breath and gently bring your life back in perspective:
