9.  You have received an joyful email, expressing that we are ecstatic about you hosting a InnerGuidance Network group in your area.

10. Now, it’s time to hop on your bicycle and find a great location. If you want to set up a closed group with your friends, you don't need to ride far. Your living room is just fine. But, if you plan to set up an open group, we strongly advise you to choose a public location. You may be able to rent a room at a church, a health center, a school, or possibly you have your own professional space.  Choose a location where you can create a warm and confidential atmosphere. Make sure that the rent is manageable! Maybe you know a company that is willing to sponsor a space.

11. Pick the time of the year you want to start, but allow enough leeway for promotion. We ask that you synchronize your meetings with the website.  The course runs four times per year, starting in September, December, March and July.  Unless you know already enough people who are interested, it’s probably best not to start in June (vacation season). However, for the first time, it’s okay to start small: all you need are four committed people.

12. Before you make the final decision, you may want to look at the financial picture:

Income

The suggested course fee for your group members is $75, which covers 6 meetings of 1.5 hour each and the Spirits Onymous Workbook (value $19.95).  When someone already has a book, the course fee is reduced to $65. For people who prefer to pay per session, the fee is $15/meeting. The purchase of a workbook is mandatory.

Based on a group of 10 people, your income will be 10 x $75 = $750

 

Expenses

Starter Packet "Confident" (10 handbooks): $260  For now only $185 plus sh&h

Rent of a location: Churches often ask for a donation,  6 (meetings) x say $20 or $30 =$120 or $180. But maybe you know someone who is willing to sponsor a space!  

You probably could limit your expenses to $400
