Trans Ego Therapy (TM) is an ultra brief, outcome focused, and highly structured form of psychotherapy. It is based on the understanding that suffering in its many forms (depression, anxiety, confusion, purposelessness, etc) is the result of over-identification with the ego. Most of us live in a delusional state of mind and identify with our bodies, beliefs and feelings. We tend to respond to our reality in an unconscious way, based on fear and a sense of deficiency. Consequently, we may experience and co-create a life that lacks purpose, love or joy.

If you believe that you are a spiritual being having a human experience, Trans Ego Therapy (TM) is ideal for you. On this spiritual journey Trans Ego Therapy (TM) will help you gain insight into your life’s purpose and transform emotional blockages. Trans Ego Therapy (TM) is typically scheduled one session at a time, since a break-through may occur within one single session.

What is Life Coaching?

Life Coaching focuses on manifesting your life's purpose. During a period of three to six months we will be meeting by phone and by email. I will assist you in becoming clear on what you truly want in life, and in making your deepest desires a reality.

Life coaching is for you, if you:
